eLEARNING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the scheduled eLearning Days for the 22-23 school year?
All of LSC will have eLearning Days on:
September 14
November 9
February 1

Will my student come home with a device to use on those days?
YES!  All Vinton students will come home with their iPad and possibly some other materials to use during the scheduled eLearning Days.  All items are expected to return to school the next day.

What if we don't have WIFI at home?
If you do not have WIFI, please let us know.  We will make alternate plans for your child.

Will attendance be taken on eLearning Days?
YES! Teachers will be checking-in with students throughout the day and take attendance based on participation and work completion.

What if my child or I need help during the eLearning Day?
You can message your child's teacher through Canvas, Class DOJO, email or by calling the school and he/she can help you with whatever needs you have that day.

Will we use eLearning Days for Snow Days this year?
No, we are not able to do that at this time.  Snow make-up days will be added to the end of the school year.
